Home Reserve will provide up to $4,000 of furniture in exchange for the following:

Home Studio Photoshoot for Home Reserve: October 7th-8th

(Grants evergreen usage rights across our website, email, social media, and paid ads run from our own handle)

  • Photo Content:

    • Unlimited photos and videos taken by us.

      • Photos of the applicant hands-on building the furniture.

      • Photos used for instruction booklets.

      • Lifestyle photos of the applicant on or around built furniture.

      • Interior photos taken of furniture without applicant.

Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to the requirements listed above

  • Follow ALL relevant steps in the provided Partner Portal

  • Before creating content: email a quick photo of assembled furniture to partner@homereserve.com to ensure it is assembled correctly (arms installed correctly, no fabric wrinkles, cushions placed properly)

  • Submit a completed W-9 tax form (you’ll receive a 1099 for your taxes)

  • Utilize trackable links provided wherever applicable

  • Content Deadline: All deliverables must be posted and uploaded by November 1st, 2025. If this deadline is not met and no extension has been granted, Home Reserve reserves the right to charge the full or partial retail value of the furniture provided to the credit card on file

  • Keep content free of holiday or seasonal décor unless previously approved. Seasonal content will not count toward required deliverables

  • Use accurate fabric names, product styles, features, and website links. Please reach out with any questions.

  • Avoid music or audio with explicit or suggestive language in any Home Reserve-related content.

  • Partner agrees to represent Home Reserve in a brand-aligned and positive manner in all partnership-related content. Content should highlight features or experiences you’ve genuinely enjoyed, with a focus on storytelling that aligns with Home Reserve’s values.

  • We ask that all partner content feel evergreen—something viewers could connect with just as easily next year as they could today. To keep things timeless, please steer clear of pop culture references, current events, or religious themes. Our goal is to create thoughtful, lasting impressions that reflect the enduring nature of what we build.

  • Usage Rights & Attribution

    • Evergreen Usage Rights: Partner grants Home Reserve LLC evergreen and unlimited usage rights for all uploaded content. This includes ongoing use across Home Reserve’s website, email, social media, and paid advertisements run from Home Reserve’s own handle—without any reference to the partner’s name or account unless otherwise agreed upon.

    • Attribution Window: While Home Reserve may use the submitted content indefinitely, any public attribution to the partner (such as tagging, collab invites, or name mentions) will be limited to 12 months from the original post date unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Home Reserve reserves the right to request revisions or reshoots if submitted content does not meet agreed-upon quality, style, or brand guidelines.

  • Partner agrees to comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including disclosing gifted partnerships through hashtags such as #HomeReservePartner where applicable.

  • Partner agrees not to participate in paid or gifted collaborations with other couch or sofa brands for a period of six (6) months following the content deadline of November 1st, 2025.

  • Partner is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or representative of Home Reserve. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted to establish any employment or agency relationship.
