PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Hi Melissa! We are so excited to see Home Reserve in your lake house.
Our partners are a valuable extension of our team, as they move through the real customer experience from start to finish: selecting, receiving, assembling, and styling our furniture in their homes. Most importantly, our partners live with the furniture, enjoying it with their families and benefiting from the flexible and renewable design in real-time.
Partnership Requirements
First and foremost, our partners’ photograph/film their experience, not just the product. We choose our partners based largely on professional-level photography/videography, authentic social media engagement, and influencer reputation.
Here’s a breakdown:
Commercial Style, Interior Design Focused Photos:
Minimum of 12 photos total uploaded for our use - Minimum of 6 by the agreed-upon deadline, another minimum of 6 once the room is complete (no later that the end of 2021).
High quality photos that show off the FULL product in your beautiful space. These may be used in ads, so we need clean shots of the furniture in its entirety from a variety of angles.
High quality photos that highlight the details of interior design, with the furniture as the focus.
Please note: if your uploaded content does not meet these guidelines, we will reach out and require additional guided content from you.
Provide a minimum of 6 vertical, raw video clips (3-5 seconds each). This content will be used to tell a story through Reels. We will discuss the creative direction of these once the partnership is confirmed. (This will be due by the first deadline with the first round of photo content).
Provide rights and permissions for unlimited use of this content to us
Share a minimum of 2 images and 1 set of stories on Instagram by the agreed-upon deadline
Tag us in any future content featuring our product on Instagram

As a Home Reserve Partner I will,
Provide content, permissions, and tagging outlined under the requirements listed above specific to my partnership
Send a quick photo of assembled furniture to ensure it is assembled correctly BEFORE creating content (arms on correctly, no wrinkles in the fabric, cushions in the correct spots)
Assemble, style, and photograph/video furniture and upload content by the agreed-upon deadline. If the content is not received by the deadline, I understand that my credit card provided will be charged for the order.
