Agreement

Home Reserve will provide up to $3,000 of furniture in exchange for that which is outlined in this agreement.

  • Photo Content: Provide minimum of 15 high quality images in the following categories (unless otherwise noted and provided with a shot list):

    • 15 Images: High quality photos that show off our product and it’s features in your beautiful space. These may be used in ads, so we need crisp shots of the furniture with natural lighting and clean edits.

      • Minimum of 5 Interior Images: High quality photos that show off the product in your beautiful space without people/pets. Some of these need to be scaled back images of the entire sectional in the space.

      • Lifestyle/Marketing Images:

        • Features to consider if you’re able:

          • Pet, family, + accident friendly

          • Storage under every seat

          • Washability (easy to spot clean/machine washable)

          • Changeable layouts, fabrics, and styles

          • 10-Year Frame Warranty

          • New “deep seat” option (taller back, deeper seat, good for lounging, better option for taller people)

  • Video Content: Provide 2 Reels (minimum of 18 seconds). This content needs to be free of music and watermarks. Voiceovers are encouraged!



  • Social Shares:

    • Share a minimum of 2 posts (images and/or Reels) and one set of stories on Instagram

    • Tag us in any content featuring our product on Instagram

    • Share about Home Reserve’s unique features in captions and stories on Instagram if/as they experience them (You can find our features listed on our website here: https://homereserve.com/features).

Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to the requirements listed above

  • Before creating content: quick photo of assembled furniture to ensure it is assembled correctly (arms on correctly, no wrinkles in the fabric, cushions in the correct spots)

  • Completed W9 tax form (you will receive a 1099 for your taxes)

  • Follow ALL relevant steps in the provided Partner Portal (Skip step 4 as this is your personalized agreement)

  • Utilize trackable links provided wherever applicable

  • Content Deadlines are set for the last day of your determined month of partnership, unless otherwise discussed. If you fail to meet your requirements by the agreed-upon deadline without communication and approval, your credit card provided may be charged for the order in full and/or part.

  • Keep content free of seasonal and holiday decor unless otherwise discussed. Any seasonal/holiday related content will not count towards your partnership requirements.

  • Be sure you’re using the correct fabric names, furniture styles, features, website, etc. Feel free to ask questions if you need clarity.

  • Please avoid music/audio with explicit or suggestive language when posting about Home Reserve.

  • Provide rights and permissions for unlimited use of uploaded content to Home Reserve LLC.

  • If your uploaded content does not meet these guidelines, we may reach out and require additional guided content from you.

  • Once all your requirements are met by the agreed-upon deadline and approved, your partnership will be complete.
