Home Reserve will provide up to $4,500 of furniture in exchange for the following:
Uploaded Content for Us:
Photo Content: Provide minimum of 15 high quality images split between both covers - Archetype Cafe and Basset Storm - uploaded for our use in the following categories (unless otherwise noted and provided with a shot list):
10 Marketing Images: High quality photos that show off our product and it’s features in your beautiful space. These may be used in ads, so we need crisp shots of the furniture with natural lighting and clean edits. We are looking for a VARIETY - different angles, outfits, actives, people, setups. Get creative!
5 Interior Images: High quality photos that show off the product in your beautiful space. These may be used in ads, so we need clean shots of the furniture in its entirety (without people/animals).

High quality files without any watermarks (not downloaded from Instagram or TikTok as that diminishes quality/size)

3 Months of Partner Ads (ads run from your handle)
The 3-month Partner Ads window begins once Home Reserve’s ad account accepts your collab invite and begins running Partner Ads using your shared post.

Follow ALL relevant steps in the provided Partner Portal
Before creating content: email a quick photo of assembled furniture to partner@homereserve.com to ensure it is assembled correctly (arms installed correctly, no fabric wrinkles, cushions placed properly)
Submit a completed W-9 tax form (you’ll receive a 1099 for your taxes)
Utilize trackable links provided wherever applicable
Content Deadline: All deliverables must be posted and uploaded by July 15, 2025. If this deadline is not met and no extension has been granted, Home Reserve reserves the right to charge the full or partial retail value of the furniture provided to the credit card on file
Keep content free of holiday or seasonal décor unless previously approved. Seasonal content will not count toward required deliverables
Use accurate fabric names, product styles, features, and website links. Please reach out with any questions.
Avoid music or audio with explicit or suggestive language in any Home Reserve-related content.
Partner agrees to represent Home Reserve in a brand-aligned and positive manner in all partnership-related content. Content should highlight features or experiences you’ve genuinely enjoyed, with a focus on storytelling that aligns with Home Reserve’s values.
Usage Rights & Attribution
Evergreen Usage Rights: Partner grants Home Reserve LLC evergreen and unlimited usage rights for all uploaded content. This includes ongoing use across Home Reserve’s website, email, social media, and paid advertisements run from Home Reserve’s own handle—without any reference to the partner’s name or account unless otherwise agreed upon.
Attribution Window: While Home Reserve may use the submitted content indefinitely, any public attribution to the partner (such as tagging, collab invites, or name mentions) will be limited to 12 months from the original post date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Home Reserve reserves the right to request revisions or reshoots if submitted content does not meet agreed-upon quality, style, or brand guidelines.
Partner agrees to comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including disclosing gifted partnerships through hashtags such as #HomeReservePartner where applicable.
Partner agrees not to participate in paid or gifted collaborations with other couch or sofa brands for a period of three (3) months following the content deadline.
Partner is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or representative of Home Reserve. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted to establish any employment or agency relationship.
