PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Hey Chelsea! We’re so excited to partner with you again.
As you know, our partners are a valuable extension of our team, as they move through the real customer experience from start to finish: selecting, receiving, assembling, and styling our furniture in their homes. Most importantly, our partners live with the furniture, enjoying it with their families and benefiting from the flexible and renewable design in real-time.
Here’s a breakdown of what we agreed upon:
Home Reserve fabric covers in exchange for the following content:
1 video highlighting the flexibility of HR furniture in your space (shared on your platform and uploaded for us to share on our platforms).
Minimum of 5 interior design commercial style photos highlighting the flexibility of HR furniture
Mood board(s)
Home Reserve Partners…
Provide content, permissions, and tagging outlined under the requirements listed above as discussed.
Send a quick photo of assembled furniture to ensure it is assembled correctly BEFORE creating content (arms on correctly, no wrinkles in the fabric, cushions in the correct spots)
Complete W9 tax form for our records
Assemble, style, and photograph/video their furniture and upload content by the agreed-upon deadline (TBD once you’re order is finalized, typically 1 month from the day you receive product).
Provide credit card information. Your card will only be charged if your content is not received by the agreed-upon deadline. This info will be taken on the Partner Order Form, which will be provided once you’re ready to place your order.
