PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Hey Chelsea! We’re so excited to partner with you again.

As you know, our partners are a valuable extension of our team, as they move through the real customer experience from start to finish: selecting, receiving, assembling, and styling our furniture in their homes. Most importantly, our partners live with the furniture, enjoying it with their families and benefiting from the flexible and renewable design in real-time.

Here’s a breakdown of what we agreed upon:

Home Reserve fabric covers in exchange for the following content:

  • 1 video highlighting the flexibility of HR furniture in your space (shared on your platform and uploaded for us to share on our platforms).

  • Minimum of 5 interior design commercial style photos highlighting the flexibility of HR furniture

  • Mood board(s)

Home Reserve Partners…

  • Provide content, permissions, and tagging outlined under the requirements listed above as discussed.

  • Send a quick photo of assembled furniture to ensure it is assembled correctly BEFORE creating content (arms on correctly, no wrinkles in the fabric, cushions in the correct spots)

  • Complete W9 tax form for our records

  • Assemble, style, and photograph/video their furniture and upload content by the agreed-upon deadline (TBD once you’re order is finalized, typically 1 month from the day you receive product).

  • Provide credit card information. Your card will only be charged if your content is not received by the agreed-upon deadline. This info will be taken on the Partner Order Form, which will be provided once you’re ready to place your order.
